This brand new award sponsored by Renasant Bank has been created to recognize the fact that all business owners, no matter the size, put a great deal of effort to demonstrate innovation, creativity, and stability in the business community. In order to be eligible, a business must the following criteria:

1. Be a Chamber member in good standing
2. Have 36 or more employees and a physical location in Valdosta or Lowndes County
3. Be able to document community involvement
4. Have been in business for 5 or more years
5. Have an employee-centric culture
