This corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively to promote health care by providing support to or for the benefit of the South Georgia Medical Center and other health care organizations which are tax exempt under Section 501 (c) (3) and public charities under Section 509 (a) (1), (2) or (3) of the Federal Internal Revenue Code in or around the Valdosta, Georgia area.
