Zacadoo’s Grille & Drive Thru is looking for a motivated, dependable leader to join our team as an Assistant General Manager!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys developing people, supporting daily restaurant operations, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Leading, training, and developing team members

Supporting daily operations, staffing, and scheduling

Monitoring labor, food costs, inventory, and waste

Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

Resolving customer concerns and supporting an outstanding guest experience

Working alongside the General Manager to achieve operational goals

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant leadership or management experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to motivate a team and lead by example

Commitment to food quality, speed, accuracy, and customer service

Dependability, accountability, and a positive attitude

Compensation: $32,500–$40,000 annually, based on experience.
