Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Educate clients on health, Medicare, life, and supplemental insurance options
• Conduct client consultations and assist with enrollments
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Follow up with clients regarding policy renewals, questions, and updates
• Assist with community events, networking opportunities, and business outreach
• Utilize CRM systems and technology to stay organized and communicate effectively

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
• Positive attitude with a servant's heart
• Comfortable learning insurance products and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
• Insurance license preferred, but not required (training may be available for the right candidate)
• Experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or administrative roles is a plus
