Valdosta, GA – January 15, 2025 – Gūd Coffee & Cocktails has been awarded the Small Business of the Month recognition by the Valdosta Chamber of Commerce. Founded in January 2020, Gūd started as a small coffee shop in Downtown Valdosta and has since expanded into a larger location on the first floor of the historic McKey Hotel. Known for its handcrafted drinks and syrups made in-house, Gūd focuses on both exceptional coffee and cocktails, offering a unique experience for the community.

Despite challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, Gūd persevered through a partnership with Emerge Movement, raising over $40,000 to support essential workers and keep its staff employed. Gūd continues its commitment to the community through ongoing partnerships and local engagement efforts.

In January 2025, Gūd will expand its hours and menu to include tapas and craft cocktails, further enhancing its offerings to Valdosta’s downtown scene. With a newly renovated space and a focus on community impact, Gūd is dedicated to providing top-tier service and creating a positive experience for both customers and employees.
