Gūd Coffee & Cocktails, a locally owned coffee shop and cocktail bar in Downtown Valdosta, is proud to be nominated for Small Business of the Month. Since opening in January 2020, Gūd has quickly become a community favorite, known for its handcrafted beverages and warm atmosphere. The business has expanded to a new location at the Historic McKey Hotel, offering customers even more space to enjoy their morning coffee or unwind with a cocktail in the evening.

Starting in January 2025, Gūd will introduce an expanded menu featuring tapas and craft cocktails. All drinks and syrups are made in-house, by hand, with an emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. Despite the challenges of being a small business, Gūd remains deeply committed to the local community. The business has partnered with Emerge Movement, a local nonprofit, to raise funds, provide free coffee for essential workers during the pandemic, and support employee development.
