A ribbon-cutting event was held to celebrate this new addition to the facility, located at 2209 Pineview Dr., Valdosta, GA.

The Palm Senior Behavioral Health Unit offers specialized inpatient care for seniors facing a range of mental health and substance use challenges, including dementia, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, medically complex mental health disorders, grief/loss, and life adjustments. This expansion highlights Greenleaf’s commitment to providing age-appropriate, compassionate care to the senior community.

In addition to the new senior unit, Greenleaf has increased its inpatient bed capacity from 113 to 135 and opened a pediatric unit for children ages 5-11. The facility also provides outpatient services through its Day Program, with plans to expand evening and weekend groups to better serve the working community.
