The Canopy at Azalea Grove Alzheimer's Awareness and Support Group Meeting

Description

The Canopy at Azalea Grove and The Alzheimer's Association have partnered together to host an ongoing series of meetings to support caregivers and families affected by Dementia and Alzheimer's disease.   

Our kickoff meeting will be held September 15th, 2022 and we will host Buffy Hankinson, the Program Manager for the Georgia Chapter of Alzheimer's Awareness.  She will be discussing the early warning signs of Alzheimer's and Dementia. 

Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be provided. 

Please come and join us as we travel the road of exploration together of how to recognize, prepare for, manage care and behaviors, and where we can find help and options available to us.  Both inside communities and in the home settings.
