Former professional NFL and beloved UGA football player, Tra Battle comes to Valdosta to help raise awareness of mental health.

There is no discrimination when it comes to mental illness. People from all backgrounds can struggle with mental health issues. Tra Battle, a former pro and college football player, knows the struggle with suicidal thoughts.

Local nonprofit, United2Prevent, along with The Porch Community Church wants everyone to know they are NOT alone. It’s okay to not be okay. There is help available.
